Four-Side Sealing Packaging Machine

This machine is a four sided sealing packaging machine developed by our company's researchers. A product specifically designed and developed for automatic packaging in the dressing and adhesive industry. Suitable for packaging, heat sealing, and longitudinal and transverse cutting of sheet-like materials such as medical dressing patches and gauze sheets. This machine integrates machinery, electricity, and gas, and uses a PLC programmable controller to program the operation of the entire machine. The whole machine is composed of a film development mechanism, a film traction feeding mechanism, a double row feeding mechanism, a batch number printing mechanism, an automatic tracking film heat sealing mechanism, a longitudinal and transverse cutting mechanism, and a finished product conveying mechanism. It has the characteristics of novel design, tight mechanism, rationality, superior performance, and convenient operation and maintenance.
